The Wave of Good Fortune

How many of you have prayed for good fortune, money, a better job, or place to live?  I believe we all have at one point or another.  For many, the though of good fortune is out of reach or seems like a wish away.  Many would like to have instant fortune, winning the lottery or winning the slots in Vegas.  Well, allow me to inform you that good fortune, prosperity, and/or abundance first comes to you in thought.  It may come to you as an idea.  All of us have gifts to utilize to bring about good fortune.  The second phase is to believe it can/will come to you.  Do you believe in yourself?  Do you believe you can achieve any and all things you want?  I can't tell you how many times I have heard people say "I wish I was rich," "I would like to be a millionaire/millionairess," "If I just has some extra money."  All of these statements have doubt in them, as if you are not able to achieve them.  Why the negative or doubtful thoughts?  These type of thoughts will keep you from your good fortune.  Why not have positive thoughts about your overall wealth and/or good fortune?  This is just the beginning steps to your good fortune.

Have you heard the phrase, "Bird of the same feather, flock together"?  There is much truth and power in this statement alone.  Many people do not understand the power of who you place yourself around and keep in your company.  No, it's not the concept of once you achieve your goals, you forget where you came from or forgetting those who helped you reach your goals (this is another topic later).  It is about placing yourself in the presence of individuals that have the knowledge to assist you in achieving your good fortune.  Now, dont' go hanging around bank robbers, this will land you in jail.  Fast money is not the answer.  Place yourself in the presence of those who can teach you and provide you with a positive influence.  Place yourself in the presence of those who have good fortune.  You are probably thinking, "How am I suspose to place myself in the presence of someone with wealth?"  Good question.  Take a look at who you know.  If you know someone who is successful, talk to them.  Ask them questions about how they became successful.  Question them about their process and step they have taken to achieve their success.  People will share with you how they became successful.  Make sure to take notes.  It's not a big secret.  Then design your plans to good fortune.

The other aspect to the wave of good fortune is, when someone close to you experiences good fortune, rejoice in their success.  Be happy for that person.  Let your heart sing joy for them.  This is so powerful!  When you are happy for those individuals, the wave of good fortune will flow to you.  It is a momentum that must be.  Yes, it must be!  When you allow yourself to express joy for others who have achieved success, that energy flow must come to you.  It has to be passes onto the next person.  When you become jealous or envious of that person, the energy of their success will pass over you and flow to the next person in their circle who is joyful about the experience of good fortune.  If you don't believe me, just give it a try.  Be joyful when a friend or associate in your circle experiences good fortune.  Sit back and watch your good fortune come to you.  It may not be as big as you are looking for, but it will come to you.  It may come to you in the form of new employment, a better relationship, an invitation to participate in something new, or a pay increase.  You have to recognize, your wave of good fortune is not always about money.  It's about improvement and growth in your life.  Moving to the next level.
